Egg Emmer Tagliatelle

Made with only whole spelt semolina and fresh eggs.

This exclusive specialty, produced just with whole grain spelt semolina and fresh eggs, is dried slowly like in the past, at low temperatures. A really unique product, with an intentionally irregular and rough surface, ideal to “embrace” the sauce and free all the taste of spelt.


Ingredients: whole grain spelt flour (Triticum dicoccum), fresh pasteurized eggs Cat. “A” 28%. May contain soy and mustard. Store in a cool dry place.
