  • 3 Apricots, seeds removed
  • 3 Strawberries
  • 3 Blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Flax Seeds

In a bowl add the Greek yogurt, Sprouted Mix , apricots, strawberries, blackberries, chia seeds and flax seeds.
