- 120g Greek Yogurt
- 3 Apricots, seeds removed
- 3 Strawberries
- 3 Blackberries
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Flax Seeds
- To taste Honey
Preparation
In a bowl add the Greek yogurt, Sprouted Mix , apricots, strawberries, blackberries, chia seeds and flax seeds.
Drizzle with honey.
